What precautions should be taken when repairing a large double-shaft shredder?

  The large double-shaft shredder adopts a single cutter shaft structure. The hydraulic push plate pushes the material to the cutter shaft. The material is torn, cut, and squeezed by the blade to achieve the shredding effect. There are also these precautions when servicing equipment:

   1. During the regular inspection of the double-shaft shredder, if there is abnormal noise or the bearing temperature exceeds 70°C, the inspection should be stopped immediately and the fault should be found immediately before proceeding to the next step.

   2. The large double-shaft shredder can only be supplied after normal operation. It must be supplied evenly to prevent hard iron from mixing. The supply must be stopped before the machine is shut down. After the machine is shut down, the material will break and the power will be cut off.

   3. If you need to check or adjust the discharge port before starting the motor, you can choose to manually rotate the rotor and other parts to avoid friction and shaking.

   4. Be sure to check whether the shell of the double-shaft shredder is clean and tidy. Bearing grease needs to be replaced every month and every 3 months.

   5. When checking whether the firmware of the double-shaft shredder is loose, mainly check the hammer head screws on both sides of the pressure rotor to prevent them from being pressed down, exposing the rotor at both ends of the hammer head, hitting the car body, and damaging the mechanical components.
