1. The inner shell is broken: The inner shell of the large metal shredder is broken, which will cause the coarse material in the inner shell to leak into the finished product, making the fineness of the finished product thicker. In this case, the methods of drilling into the control panel or increasing the number of auxiliary wind blades will be ineffective, and the product will still be very fine. At this time, the machine should be shut down for inspection in time. It is easy for the inner shell to have abrasion holes at the bend of the lower cone discharge pipe. If there are holes, they can be temporarily welded and repaired during regular maintenance.
2. The fan blades fall off or break: When the auxiliary fan blades fall off, the product fineness will suddenly become thicker and fluctuate greatly. At this time, the large metal shredder body has a slight swing, and it should be stopped in time for inspection and processing.
3. The control board is uneven: During the operation of a large metal shredder, the control board may move inwards or outwards due to body vibration, resulting in changes in product fineness. At this time, it is also necessary to check whether the outer dimensions of the control panel are even so that they can be corrected in time.
4. The discharge pipe of the inner shell is blocked: When the feed pipe is blocked and cold, the coarse material accumulated in the inner shell can overflow from the return air blade into the finished product of the outer shell, causing the product fineness to suddenly become coarser. At this time, the load of the grinding elevator will drop quickly, and the large metal shredder should be stopped immediately for inspection.
