What Equipment is needed for Waste Tire Recycling?

Waste tires have always been called black gold, indicating that waste tires are garbage with high recycling value. The amount of waste tires produced in my country is increasing year by year, but the development of resource processing and utilization is relatively slow. On the one hand, the reason is that the tire structure is complex and the manufacturing process is difficult, which makes waste tires highly resistant to heat and mechanical resistance. Moreover, because they are not degradable, how to deal with waste tires is a world problem that troubles mankind.

At present, waste tires are recycled through tire retreading, making recycled rubber, rubber powder, thermal cracking and other methods. Today we will introduce some equipment needed for waste tire recycling.

1. Hydraulic spinning machine
There are bundled steel wires on the sidewalls of the tires. This steel wire is relatively thick, so for tires that are larger than car tires, the steel wires on the sidewalls need to be pulled out first. The hydraulic wire drawing machine uses hydraulic force to hook the sidewall and extract the steel wire.

2. Dual-shaft shear crusher
The tires that have been extracted from the steel wire are broken into long pieces using a double-shaft shearing crusher. After passing through the screening equipment, they are repeatedly broken into pieces of about 5cm. At this stage, the tire pieces are It can already be used as an alternative fuel.

3. Steel wire separator
You can tell what this device does from its name. After being broken by the double-shaft shear crusher, the 5 cm tire pieces need to be further processed using a wire separator. The steel wire separator drives the rotating main shaft to drive the movable knife and the fixed knife to cut, rub and grind the tire pieces further into small particles of about 2cm. To this extent, the tire steel wire and rubber particles will automatically separate. After passing through the magnetic separator, the fine steel wires can also be separated to obtain pure rubber particles. Pure rubber particles can be thermally cracked to obtain pyrolysis oil and carbon black, or the small rubber particles can be further ground into different specifications of powder in a powder grinding equipment to make rubber powder.
